Presenting the work from the past 5 years
Gravitate-Health, a Horizon 2020, Innovative Medicines Initiative (now Innovative Health Initiative) and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA)-funded project that started in November 2020, is now ready to share its achievements from the past half-decade of work on empowering and equipping Europeans with health information for active personal health management and adherence to treatment.
On the 4th of June 2026, the project will be presenting a summary of all its main outputs and contributions, such as the development of G-lens®, a digital tool that provides a more personalised presentation of electronic Product Information (ePI) by tailoring medication leaflets to an individual’s specific needs based on their personal health data, preferences and context of use.
i~HD President Dipak Kalra will be present at the conference to take part in wrapping up the project, which officially ends on 30 June 2026.
